Intro (in Italian) written and narrated by Domanico Fiuomnò Violi
lyrics
The Beginning (from Phil Collins to Pupi Avati’s Jazz Band, the Big Bang of my story with music)
Create, Music that offers beauty,
friendship and the joy of living.
Music, it’s fun, reflection,
rebellion fight and resistance.
Music, it’s the wall against every ignorance.
Music, it’s change,
it’s conviviality.
Music builds bridges,
and brotherhood.
Support the art and the music so that
they affirm your free will, your thought.
Music, is that breath between utopia and dream, where everything can be.
The story of a jazz band / on a tv show
Captivates me / and it turns my passion on
The main actor / well he, seeps into me
Beating my drum / I follow my mission
No Teachers for a rocker self-taught in the arts
Relies on euphoria to cover all his doubts
Vinyl turn on / looking for new heroes
Improving my style / as I go
In the middle of punk music and new wave tunes
Along with my friends we made a new rock group
Arranging and recording shaping our own art
Performing on stage to everyone we love
Then the live shows / free flow emotions
Faces watching you / wanting you to play
Rise in adrenaline / It’s a magical sensation
Electricity in the air / a special display
The band is moving up becoming real rock stars
Kalashnikov’s a hit: playing on the air
The frontman’s ego starts to break up the peace
So, the Hirth project / it falls into despair
The fire remains the same as new player takes the stage
Finding the right drive to take to the new start
But nothing lasts for long / soon the curtain calls
And all the band / decide to part
To the studio we go / full of emotions
Players watching you / horizon in my sight
Shaping the right sounds / in a perfect concoction
Project your mind / in a wonderful light
